Alvenius quick-coupling pipesystem
Alvenius pipesystems consist of all components necessary to build a complete pipe-line.
The quick-coupling pipesystem is in diametre 48- 610 mm (2″-24″). Tolerates pressures from 25-100 bar.

Compressed air, water, slurry, sludge and waste are examples of products that can be transported through Alvenius pipe systems.
Typical applications; mining, tunnelling, sewage-and processwater and industry, also temporary or permanent pipes for drinkingwater and snowmaking.
The pipes are either manufactured with hot-dip galvanized or termo-plastic coated steel.

Termo-plastic coated pipe system
Termo-plastic coated steelpipe system is an alternative that combine the strength of steel and the resistance of thermo-plastic to resist a wide variety of corrosive media. The TP-pipes are connected using Alvenius or Victaulic type quick-couplings or flanges which eliminate expensive welding.

The system can easily be adapted to other pipesystems.
Alvenius offers two types of couplings. The most tried and tested is K10, which consists of two parts that are easily assemled by two bolts and nuts.The other is the K70 consists of a swing bolt and a special nut, this alternative is best suited for temporary assemblies.
The Victaulic pipesystem is built by the same ISO- standard, uses the K10-system, but can take higher pressures.
Both the K10 and Victaulic- pipesystems can be easily assembled in a short time by non-specialist manpower.
